Our Culture & Values
Our culture is grounded in the same values we bring to our customers:
- Reliability – Show up, follow through, and keep systems online.
- Transparency – Be honest about issues, timelines, and expectations.
- Safety First – Treat every deployment and site visit with safety in mind—for you, your teammates, and everyone onsite.
- Responsiveness – Move quickly when customers need help, without cutting corners.
- Practical Solutions – Focus on what actually works in the field, not just what looks good in a presentation.
We want people who are comfortable on active sites, respectful of crews and customers, and willing to learn. If you care about safety, clarity, and real-world problem solving, you will fit our culture well.
Teams & Roles
Hawk Surveillance hires across several core functions. Even if you do not see a perfect match right now, this overview will help you understand where your experience and strengths may fit within our operations.
Our field team manages trailer delivery, placement, setup, routine checks, and on-site adjustments. These positions are ideal for individuals who are comfortable working outdoors on construction sites, industrial yards, and public spaces. Safety awareness and precision are essential.
These roles involve configuring cameras, networking hardware, power systems, and various monitoring integrations. Perfect for individuals with backgrounds in IT, low-voltage, security systems, or technical field support.
Sales and account representatives work closely with general contractors, operations managers, property owners, and public agencies. They assess risk, propose solutions, and provide ongoing support throughout deployments. These roles are ideal for strong communicators who understand field operations.
Support and coordination teams ensure smooth operations: scheduling deployments, managing customer communication, tracking incidents, and ensuring timely follow-up across all departments.
Across all departments, we welcome candidates interested in building long-term careers in mobile surveillance and security operations across Southern California.

Our Hiring Process
Do you offer remote roles?
Most of our roles are based in Southern California because we deploy and support trailers on active sites. Some sales, coordination, and technical support responsibilities can include hybrid or partial remote work, but field positions require regular on-site presence.
Do I need prior experience with surveillance trailers?
Not necessarily. Experience with construction, security, logistics, or related fields is helpful, but we provide training on our specific systems, equipment, and processes. A strong safety mindset and willingness to learn are essential.
What are the physical requirements for field roles?
Field operations roles can involve working outdoors, climbing steps on trailer platforms, handling equipment, and spending time on active jobsites or yards. We discuss specific requirements for each position during the hiring process so you know what to expect.
What does training look like?
New hires receive onboarding on our safety standards, trailer configurations, surveillance trailer installation process, and day-to-day workflows. As we grow, there will be opportunities for additional training around monitoring workflows, technology updates, and industry-specific requirements.
Are there growth paths within the company?
Yes. As Hawk Surveillance expands, there will be opportunities to move into lead, supervisory, technical specialist, or account management roles. We prefer to promote from within when possible.
