About Hawk Surveillance
Northern California surveillance trailer specialists focused on high-risk sites.

Who We Are ?

Hawk Surveillance is a Northern California security company that rents and sells mobile surveillance trailers for high-risk sites. We serve construction, logistics, industrial, retail, utility, and municipal clients across the Bay Area, Sacramento, and the Central Valley, providing solar-powered, rapid-deploy trailers with live monitoring as an alternative to guards and fixed cameras.

Hawk Surveillance is a dedicated surveillance trailer company in Northern California, built around one core idea: mobile surveillance should be practical, reliable, and tailored to the realities of busy, high-risk sites, not built in a conference room. We focus on designing, deploying, and supporting mobile surveillance trailer solutions across the Northern California region. Our customers include general contractors, developers, logistics operators, industrial facility managers, retail and property teams, utilities, and municipal agencies that need dependable security coverage where traditional systems fall short. Our primary markets include the Bay Area construction corridor, Central Valley logistics corridors, Sacramento Valley, and surrounding NorCal communities. As a surveillance trailer security company, we do not try to sell every security product under the sun. We specialize in mobile surveillance trailers, hardware, power, connectivity, monitoring options, and deployment services, so you get a team that deeply understands the environments you work in and the problems you are trying to solve.

Our Mission & Values

Mission
To provide straightforward, reliable surveillance trailer security that protects high-risk sites across Northern California, without wasting our customers’ time, budget, or trust.

Values

  • Reliability
Security that fails when you need it is not security. We design and service our trailers to stay online in real conditions; dust, heat, weather, and changing site layouts.
  • Transparency
Clear pricing, clear expectations, and clear communication. We explain what you’re getting, what it will do, and what it will not do.
  • Safety First
We treat trailers like any other critical piece of site equipment. Placement, stabilization, power, and data handling are all approached with surveillance trailer safety standards in mind.
  • Responsiveness
Construction schedules slip, logistics volumes spike, and municipal needs change overnight. We move quickly, adjust deployments, and keep you updated.

Why Hawk Surveillance vs Other Options

There are plenty of ways to add cameras to a site. Here’s what sets Hawk Surveillance apart:

Northern California focus

Built around San Francisco, Sacramento, Bay Area, Oakland, Fresno, Stockton, Concord, and Hayward, so deployments are fast, realistic, and region-optimized.

Trailer specialists

We don’t sell everything in security. We specialize in mobile surveillance trailers and the commercial models around them.

Field-tested setups

Our layouts, power profiles, and camera angles come from real incidents, not lab assumptions.

Flexible commercial models

Rent, purchase, monitored, Live Professional Monitored, fleet buildouts; whatever fits your structure.

Support & responsiveness

Hands-on scoping, repositioning, configuration updates, and incident follow-up. You get a partner, not a drop-off vendor.

Typical results include reduced theft, fewer after-hours incidents, better documentation, and predictable security costs across Northern California portfolios.

Where We Operate

Hawk Surveillance focuses on surveillance trailer company Northern California operations. Our deployments span:

  • Major metros: San Francisco, Sacramento, Oakland, San Jose / Silicon Valley
  • Central Valley industrial corridors: Fresno, Stockton, Hayward and surrounding areas
  • Business and mixed-use hubs: Concord and other suburban/office districts

Across these areas, we support construction, logistics, retail, industrial, utilities, and municipal operations with tailored trailer configurations and deployment plans.

How We Work with Clients

Working with Hawk Surveillance is straightforward:

Understand your sites and risks

We start by learning what you’re building or operating, where your sites are, and what kinds of incidents you’re seeing or trying to prevent.

Recommend a solution and trailer mix

Based on your needs, we propose specific surveillance trailer solutions, rental vs purchase, monitored vs Live Professional Monitored, and the trailer models that best fit your environment.

Deploy and integrate

We deliver and set up trailers, optimize camera angles, confirm connectivity, and integrate with your guard team, your monitoring partner, or our own monitoring options.

Adapt and support

As projects move or risk shifts, we reposition trailers, adjust configurations, and support incident reviews. You get an ongoing partner, not just a vendor.

Talk to Our Team

If you’re looking for a mobile surveillance trailer provider that understands Southern California sites and speaks the same language as your field teams, Hawk Surveillance is built for you.

Share your locations, timelines, and risk profile. We’ll walk through options, recommend a configuration, and outline a clear plan for deployment and support.

More About Hawk Surveillance

Hawk Surveillance was built by two security operators. Paul Wittner of Western Security Systems brings 43 years in the field, and Tony Johnisee of KADA Consulting brings 34 years. Together they give the company 76 years of combined experience across commercial, retail, industrial, infrastructure, government, and military work.

We operate across the Northern California metros, including San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, Sacramento, Fresno, Stockton, Concord, and Hayward. Our crews know the local sites, access constraints, and permitting realities, so deployments stay fast and realistic.

What sets our trailers apart is practical engineering. Each unit runs on solar power, so it works on sites with no grid access. Trailers deploy in hours, not days, and reposition as your project moves. Live monitoring is available, giving you verified eyes on site instead of recorded footage that no one watches. The result is coverage that costs less than full-time guards and reaches places fixed cameras cannot.
