Our Hiring Process

Our Hiring Process

Do you offer remote roles?

Most of our roles are based in Southern California because we deploy and support trailers on active sites. Some sales, coordination, and technical support responsibilities can include hybrid or partial remote work, but field positions require regular on-site presence.

Not necessarily. Experience with construction, security, logistics, or related fields is helpful, but we provide training on our specific systems, equipment, and processes. A strong safety mindset and willingness to learn are essential.

Field operations roles can involve working outdoors, climbing steps on trailer platforms, handling equipment, and spending time on active jobsites or yards. We discuss specific requirements for each position during the hiring process so you know what to expect.
